Status verbs preserve meaning

A regulator may propose, consult, enact or enforce. A network team may announce, release, activate or complete. We choose the verb that matches the evidence.

Evidence grades guide confidence

Primary documents, technical records and direct data generally carry more weight than summaries or unverified claims. Public source notes explain the evidence type without sending readers away from the site.

Corrections remain visible

Material changes are recorded with a date and concise explanation. Updated context and corrections are distinct from routine copy editing.
